The use of our services implies that you provide compliance and are subject to the general conditions, expressed on our website.

Booking

Reservations must be confirmed and canceled within 24 hours of arrival.

By payment prior to check-in, its value is 100% of the value of one night’s stay.

Time of entry is at 3:00 p.m. and departure at 10:00 a.m. You have the option to book another half day, until 6 p.m. if needed.

Whenever we have availability we can extend your stay.

We will ask for the details of the guests that will be staying.

Booking Cancellations

To obtain a full refund, cancellation must be made at least seven (7) full days before the local arrival time (3:00 p.m.). In this case, 10% will be withheld for administrative expenses.
If you cancel with less than three (3) full days, you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid as a reservation sign / confirmation.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your arrival time, you will not be entitled to any refund.
If you decide to leave your accommodation early, you will not be refunded for anyone of the nights not used, since the unit was blocked preventing the possibility of rental by others.

Yes, you can, but it’s subject to availability of the apart.

If you don’t show up after 24 hours, reservation will be canceled without any right to a refund.

Check-in

We will coordinate the arrival time by phone to arrange key’s hand over.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and until 10:00 p.m.

Yes. As long as it has been previously requested and approved. If the property is occupied, you must wait until the check-in time at 3:00 p.m. This request may have extra charges. Please confirm when you do your reservation.

At check-out, coordinate in advance with your host to hand over the keys in person or place them in the Key’s box.

Check-out

Check-out from the apartment is at 10:00 a.m.

Yes, as long as it has been previously requested and approved. If the apartment has an immediate reservation, the passenger must leave at the check-out time of 10:00 a.m. This request may have extra charges, please confirm when you do your reservation.

Down Payment

It’s a completely refundable  deposit, done beforehand by the guest. This aims to cover any broken or missing items. Please check if it applies to your stay.

The value for periods of 3 to 6 nights is US $ 100, for periods of 7 to 13 nights it is US $ 200 and 14 to 22 US $ 400, or its equivalent in local currency.

The deposit must be made exclusively by transfer and separately from the payment of your stay, before your arrival.

The deposit will be returned 24 hours after your departure, except holidays and weekends. Once the cleaning staff report is received, the value will be fully returned without any discount if, at the time of check-out, everything was in order and in perfect condition. Don’t forget to send us the info of your bank account for refund.

If any missing or damage is observed during your stay, you will be informed in advance of the problem found and the corresponding values and then deducted from the security deposit. If the amount exceeds the value of the deposit, the guest must pay the difference to repair the damage.

Guests will get an inventory sheet to verify that existing equipment is there and it’s working. The inventory sheet contains the corresponding prices.

Rates

Published prices are final, and in all cases, unless otherwise indicated, include expenses, municipal taxes, water, electricity, gas, and internet and satellite TV if specified.

Payments can be made by bank transfer, cash or any of the payment methods offered by Mercado Pago.

Cleaning service

Sheets and towels are included. 1 large and small towel kit per guest. Replacement is done periodically, depending on the lenght of stay.

Baby’s cot must be requested and confirmed at the time of your reservation.

Yes, rates include cleaning and replacement of sheets and towels, twice a week for daily stays or every week for extended stays.

Yes. Extra charge is paid by the guest.

Client's responsibility

Client is obliged to not lodge in the apartment a number of people greater than the one indicated in the booking request.

The client is obliged, during his stay, to read the security measures aimed at preventing the entry of persons outside the Property.
Under no circumstances will the company be responsible for missing belongings in the apartment during the guest’s stay.

The company or its representatives (which will be identified at the client’s request) will have the right to access the property to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance work. Except in an emergency, the client will always be informed in advance.

Pets are allowed to enter or remain in the apartments, with the inexcusable condition that guests must be present with them at all time.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If the guest wishes to smoke on the exterior of the complex, we ask you not to throw cigarette ends on the floor.
